How long does something stay sealed?

When done properly, the bags can stay sealed for a long time!

What can I seal with the VacuumClicka?

Anything! With proper technique and a bit of creativity, virtually everything can be vacuum sealed using VacuumClicka.

How high or low of a temperature can it be placed in?

VacuumClicka can be used in temperatures as hot as 100° Celsius (212° Fahrenheit), which make them perfect for sous-vide cooking. Likewise, they can handle temperatures as low as -30° Celsius (-22° Fahrenheit), so they’ll keep your frozen foods fresh and without a freezer burn!

Are the parts dishwasher safe?

Yes! Our VacuumClicka valves and pumps are both safe for dishwashers to clean.

Is the VacuumClicka reusable?

Yes! Both the VacuumClicka Pump and Valves can be washed and used repeatedly. Provided bags can be reused if they contained products like pasta, fruits and vegetables but should be disposed of after use when they come into contact with meats to prevent cross-contamination. 

Why are my bags not staying vacuum sealed after a few days?

Many factors can prevent the vacuum seal from engaging properly like wrinkles and seams on bags that allow air to slip through. Please refer to our Useful Tips to ensure proper use!
